Motivation

My motivation is, in the words of a far better writer than I,..

The photographer - Aaron Baker

I am a young man living in Manchester in the North West of England

I started my amateur photography in September 2006 after I started to notice very small details in the world around me and decided to try to capture them.
The minutiae of life interest me greatly. If you stop and think about a grain of sand or a fly on the window it makes you realise how infinitely vast the universe is and how many trillions upon trillions of individual things make it.

Some may take this view as a negative: if the universe is so massive aren't we insignificant? However, I look at it in a positive way: I'm completely awestruck by the impossible complexity of it all and that's what drove me to take these pictures to share with everyone
